Q4 - I want to change the session ID, but when I scroll through the menu items, I don’t see that as an option. How do I get Session ID to show up on the screen?

Turn off the remote and remove the batteries. Put the batteries back in then turn the remote on again. Scroll through the menu options. Session ID should appear. If you still encounter problems, please submit a support ticket.
