The results graph is not displaying correctly.

Windows Users

If the results graph is not displaying correctly or at all, Adobe Flash Player is most likely not installed. It is also possible that a recent update of Flash Player has caused it to stop working – Adobe have multiple versions of Flash Player and you may no longer have the required version. Actionpoint requires the ActiveX version.
For the below steps, you must use Internet Explorer.

  1. Go to: https://get3.adobe.com/flashplayer/update/activex/
  2. Untick any additional offers that you do not wish to receive.
  3. Click “Update Now” and follow on-screen prompts.

Launch the presentation again, and the graphs should now display correctly.

Mac Users

Graph issues are caused by an incompatibility with Adobe Flash Player when performing an OS X update.

  1. Go to System Preferences > Other/ Flash Player > Advanced
  2. Press the "Delete All" button
  3. Confirm, and then quit System Preferences
  4. Re-install Adobe Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Please note that you must use Safari for this installation.
  5. Quit Safari when prompted by the installer.
  6. Wait for the installation to complete and then restart the computer.
  7. Launch Safari.
  8. Ensure the FlashPlayer plugin in enabled in Safari. To do this:
    Open Safari and click Preferences > Security
    Select Internet Plug-ins and then select "Allow all other plug-ins”

Launch the presentation again, and the graphs should now display correctly.
