What personal data we collect

Ticket Information

Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (your name, email address, phone number [optional], and IP address) so you can create a support ticket. This data allows you to request support help and is required in order for us to reply to your request.

Creating an Account

You can create an account on our support system which will enable to you to easily manage all support tickets you have opened with us. Creating an account is not mandatory.

File Uploads

If you upload images to the Qwizdom Support Center, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
If you upload other file types, it is your responsibility to ensure they do not contain any personally identifiable information.
Uploaded files should be specific to your support query.


If you do not have an account with us, we will set a cookie with your session information which will expire after 1 hour, to ensure that you have ample time to complete the ticket form. If you wait longer than one hour, you may have to repeat the process. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will also set up one cookie to save your login information. Login cookies last for half an hour. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data

If you create a support ticket, the information is held for 36 months after the ticket has been closed, or until you ask us to delete your ticket, whichever comes first. We may retain the ticket information (with personal data removed) for our internal knowledge base and future troubleshooting purposes.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile indefinitely, unless you delete your account or ask us to do so for you. All users can see and edit their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Who has access to your data

Your data can be viewed by Qwizdom support employees in the UK and US, to ensure prompt responses and to benefit from the company's shared knowledge. Regardless of your geographical location, your support ticket may be answered by US or UK staff.

What rights you have over your data

Whether you are have created an account or whether you have submitted a support ticket without creating an account, you have the following rights to your data:

Right to access:

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and for you by logging in to your account. From your account you can access all of your account data and the data of your support tickets. You also have the right to access any information we hold about you and your account in a common machine readable format for free of charge. We will process your request without undue delay and at the latest within 1 month.

Right to rectify:

When you log on to your account, you can rectify or update any information on your account. If you are not able to do so, please contact us at

Right to erase:

You have the right to erase any data we hold about you on this system. if you would like to do so please contact us at When you terminate your account, all of your data will be erased.

Right to object:

Qwizdom do not currently use your details submitted in the Qwizdom Support Center for marketing purposes, however if Qwizdom choses to do so in future as a legitimate business interest, you have the right to object to us using your data for marketing purposes.

Where we send your data

Your data is stored on Qwizdom's servers in a secure datacenter in the United States of America. Your data is not shared with 3rd parties.
